PP76 All In One Shrink Wrapper

This unique L-Bar sealer and shrink chamber - all in one - will seal and shrink P.V.C or Cryovac polyolefin shrink films – also available from Get Packed. You simply place your product on the package loading tray in between the two layers of centrefold shrink film. Move the shrink film covered package into the sealing area and lower the hood applying pressure on the hood which creates a seal with the L-Bar. Once the seal is made, the operator releases the hood and the automatic magnetic arm keeps the hood down until the film has shrunk through the use of heat. When the shrink time is completed, the hood will automatically return to the up position and the operator can remove the completed package.

Combination

This is a rugged and heavy duty framed Semi Automatic L-bar Sealer and Heat Tunnel. The L-Bar features a micro knife or blade system for sealing, dual magnetic hold down with a power discharge conveyor. It also features an easy load film cradle with pinwheel hole punch which allows air to escape during the shrinking process while the tunnel features a fully re-circulating air chamber for an even shrink with a live roller rod conveyor. This is designed for medium production with speeds of 10-20 packs per minute depending on pack size. The extended conveyor is additional.

GP-1808-28 Heat Shrink Tunnel

The GP1808-28 shrink tunnel is ideal for the small to medium packaging requirements. It has tunnel dimensions of (W) 460mm x (H) 200mm and 710mm in length, but an optional height of 300mm is available. Features include:

• reinforced silicon rubber tunnel curtains minimising heat loss and maintains an accurate tunnel temperature
• a fully re-circulating air chamber for an even air flow
• temperature and velocity from four different directions
• AC variable speed drive with a built in fuse protection and automatic tunnel cool down with shut off

A range of conveyor options are available such as Lazy Susans, straight conveyors or a flexible skate wheel with varying widths.

GP-1808-44 Heat Shrink Tunnel

This is a medium speed shrink tunnel which can be used behind an automatic L-Bar sealer. Standard tunnel dimensions are (W) 460mm x (H) 200mm and 1120mm in length, but an optional height of 400mm can be arranged. Features include:

• fully re-circulating air chamber for an even air flow
• temperature and velocity from four different directions
• The tunnel curtains are made of reinforced silicone rubber to maintain an accurate tunnel temperature
• AC variable speed drive with a built in fuse protection and automatic tunnel cool down with shut off.

A range of conveyor options are available such as Lazy Susans, straight conveyors or a flexible skate wheel with varying widths.

GP-1808-72 Heat Shrink Tunnel

This GP-1808-72 is a high speed (up to 180FPM) tunnel. Dimensions of the tunnel are (W)460mm x (H)200mm and a length of 1830mm. An optional height of 710mm can be arranged. A choice of conveyor options are available including a standard live conveyor with 1 inch spacing's or a high density roller with ½ inch spacing's and more. We can also suppy a range of discharge conveyors such as Lazy Susans, straight conveyors or a flexible skate wheel with varying widths Features:

• Dual 1HP blower motors with dual air velocity control
• fully re-circulating air chambers with temperature and air flow coming from four directions

The GP3610-60 shrink tunnel has a fully re-circulating dual air chamber with dual variable air velocity and has tunnel dimensions of (W) 915mm x (H) 250mm and 1525mm in length with an optional height of 710mm available. This model is also available with a dead roller and cooling fan if you are using polyethylene shrink film. Features include:
